2How can I inform Dr. Günes about my health reports?

We use a very simple system that is created to help you send Dr. Günes the relevant information he needs to evaluate your case and recommend a solution (either a clinic or a treatment plan). After your payment, you will be sent an email with links to send your health reports and your case history.

After analyzing your case Dr. Günes will make a Clinic recommendation. All the information you share with us will be considered confidential and will never be shared with any 3rd parties except for Dr. Adem Günes and the team members who are directly responsible for handling your case.

3What happens with my health reports after Dr. Günes analyses them?

Once you send your reports, Dr. Günes will start analyzing them. At this point, Dr. Günes looks at your reports in detail with the aim of recommending you the best cancer clinic for you.

4How can I reserve a meeting with Dr. Günes?

Yes, this is possible. Dr. Günes is traveling a lot to visit cancer clinics and patients but his main office is in Istanbul, Turkey.

5Do you accept returns and refunds?

Yes, we do accept the refund under specific circumstances. Since Dr. Günes is providing the services, the refund is only possible when the uploaded documents/history are not reviewed by the doctor within the 72 hours from the sending of the documents/History.

If Dr. Günes, due to a busy schedule will have to revise your timeline, you will be notified via email.
